Most homeowners don’t think about their roof until there’s a problem. By then, a small issue has usually had a year or two to become an expensive one. That’s not a criticism — roofs are easy to ignore. But in DFW, the combination of brutal UV exposure, hail season, and the debris load from oak and pecan trees means things can deteriorate fast when nobody’s paying attention.
Routine maintenance catches the small stuff before it turns into a call you really don’t want to make. A compromised flashing point, a gutter packed with debris, a handful of lifted shingles — these are fixes when caught early. Ignored, they become a lot more complicated.

Here’s what we actually do when we show up.
No vague “comprehensive check” language here. Every maintenance visit — whether it’s a one-time call or part of the semi-annual plan — covers the same five things.
1. Full visual inspection of the roof
Every accessible surface gets looked at field shingles, ridgeline, valleys, penetrations. We’re checking for lifting, cracking, granule loss, soft spots, and anything storm-related.
2. Debris removal from the roof and gutters
DFW oak and pecan trees shed constantly. Debris piles up in valleys and gutters, traps moisture, and backs up drainage. We clear it all out.
3. Flashing check and reseal where needed
Flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights is where most leaks start. We check every point and reseal anything that’s pulling loose or showing wear.
4. Photo report delivered after every visit
You’ll get photos from the roof what we found, what we did, what’s worth watching. Not a form letter. Actual documentation of your roof’s condition.
5. On-the-spot assessment of any issues found
If we spot something that needs repair, we’ll tell you what it is and what it’ll cost right then, before anything gets touched. Nothing gets added to the bill without your go-ahead.

Twice a year. Right when it matters most.
The plan is simple: one visit in spring before storm season kicks in, one in fall after it winds down. Two is usually all you need to stay ahead of DFW’s two biggest threats — the storms that hit from spring through early summer, and the debris and UV damage that accumulates all year long.

Fast when it counts. Careful every time.
A compromised roof isn’t a “wait and see” situation.
