Gutter

Fascia gutters bolt straight to the fascia board, so there are no exposed brackets, the look is cleaner, and they move more water. K style hangs off brackets and is the setup you see on most houses. If you want the tidier profile and more capacity, fascia’s the way to go.

They help. A lot less gunk builds up, so you’re cleaning way less often. But anybody who tells you they eliminate cleaning entirely is selling you something. They cut it way down. They don’t cancel it.

Standard guards are basically a screen sitting flat over the gutter, so debris can pile up on top. A dome cover is curved, so leaves and fluff slide off instead of sitting there. Around here, with all the oak and pecan, that curve earns its keep.

Sure. Gutters on their own is totally fine, or we can bundle them with a roof job if you’re doing both. Your call.

No. The workmanship warranty runs five years and is roofing only, so it does not apply to gutters. Wanted to be clear about that up front.

Less often than without them, but still now and then. DFW throws a lot at you: oak leaves, pecan, cottonwood fluff, storm debris. So plan on a check once in a while, especially after a big storm. Guards buy you time, not immunity.

Simple. Straightforward. No surprises.

Four steps. One crew. Your home treated right.
